At Lumé, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product in The Ritual Collection and want you to feel confident in every purchase.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at support@glowlume.us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — we want to make sure your return is processed correctly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Email us at support@glowlume.us with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened and used (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance promotion
  • Gift cards

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
