Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard shipping within the US takes 7–14 business days. Every order ships with tracking, and we'll email it the moment your order is on its way. We'd always rather be upfront about timing than overpromise.

Where do you ship, and how much is it?

We currently ship across the United States, with free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout. Outside the US and want Lúmé? Email hello@glowlume.us — we're expanding.

Do these tools actually work?

Yes — with consistency. Lúmé tools are designed to improve the look and feel of your skin: depuffing, sculpting, helping products absorb, and helping you relax. They're skincare tools, not medical devices, so we'll never claim to “erase wrinkles” or cure anything. What they do is make your daily ritual more effective and more enjoyable — and that consistency is what keeps skin looking its best.

How do I use them?

Every product page has a simple “How to use it” section showing where each tool fits into your morning or night routine. Most take just a few minutes a day. If you're ever unsure, reach out and we'll help you build your ritual.

Are the materials real?

When we say silk, we mean 100% mulberry silk. When we describe a device, the specs on the product page are accurate. Honesty is the whole brand — we'd rather tell you exactly what something is than dress it up.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If something isn't right, email hello@glowlume.us with your order number and we'll make it right. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted and handled by Shopify, one of the most trusted commerce platforms in the world. We never see or store your full card details.
